I don't know what part of Poland you live in. But start with the nearest big cities like that, with a lot of universities, sports clubs, various international companies. Well, and attractive for tourism. It's a far way to go even in terms of the number of Black men to similar even smaller cities, not to mention large cities in Western Europe, but in truth Warsaw, Cracow or Wroclaw as examples now and 15 years ago is a big difference and it's not difficult to meet Black guys there, especially if you like night life too.
