In my experience, I would say it depends. In gentrifying neighborhoods where the whites are mostly college educated transplants, I don't think there is much sex happening between white women and the local black men in the hood.

In mixed neighborhoods where the whites are mostly working class or underclass, and the blacks the same, yes, probably most of the white women under 35-40 have had sex with black men. You see this a lot in the southeast, Florida and some parts of the Midwest.

Hood people have bigger dicks than those blacks with high education they also have higher testosterone and this phenomenon is seen in all races .. The Yakuza guys in Japan tend to have bigger bones and more muscles by birth than the regular Japanese. But in the world of crime Black men do not dominate. The Italians were lynched on a far bigger scale than the blacks and with discrimination but as Mike Tyson once said "Growing up, we knew not to fuck with the Italians" and that how the mafia emerged and the Italian mobsters almost counqered the US from within . They controlled the Unions at some of the things and when you control the unions you control the nation. The American police feared the Italians like the plaque and these things are known by people who grew up near them(such as Mike Tyson) the legacy of the mafia still lives on to this day .. no tyrone has ever had the same amount of women, class and money never !!
