The white population is rounded up and are amassed in detention centers. Women, children and bois (men) are taken to a various evaluation and processing centers for further assignment. Each adult is given a tattoo on the bottom of their foot indicating a stock number and an RFID chip for tracking. White women and bois are evaluated on their jobs and whether that position is still needed in the BNWO and if so, given an earning potential attribute. Their possessions are sold to cover any and all debt that they may have. They are sent through extensivereprogramming....re-education to be good BNWO assets.

Women are evaluated on physical, genetic and sexual criteria as well and given an asset worth by specialized appraisers. Women who are above a threshold set by the BNWO and are still of child birthing age are allowed to remain fertile, all others are made sterile. All hair below their eyebrows is permanently lasered off, and a device is implanted in them to effectively be lifetime birth control. They are given sheer clothing to wear and sent to a holding cell to be assigned out.
White bois are all evaluated based on their physical and genetic criteria as well. Again, based on their appraisal score, they are either castrated (large, physical men) or made sterile (normal) and placed in permanent chastity. Others who score high (fembois) are placed in permanent chastity. All hair below their eyebrows is permanently lasered off. Once any and all procedures are completed, they are all dressed in panties and sheer clothing and sent to a holding cell.
Children are all sent to education centers. As they age into the system, they are sent to one of the two evaluation centers listed above. As boys hit puberty, the chastity devices are put on them. The education centers teach them how to perform the jobs they are selected to fulfill and how to be good BNWO assets.
BNWO Government offices issue non-lethal hunting permits for hunters to go and find the remaining feral whites in the country. Bounties are given for turning in feral white people to the govt offices for re-education.

The manager can exploit their assets physically, sexually, or mentally as they wish... the only caveat is if the asset dies or is maimed, the manager must pay a fine to the BNWO.
Every 6 months, the white adults must report to the BNWO asset verification offices for the following processes.
1) white women have their birth control devices checked. If their manager has signed up for some extra compensation, the birth control is turned off and she is entered into a selective breeding program to further the white population.
