It does present an interesting story line. And puts thoughts to people as to if it did change. What if the white race became docile and the black race ran and controlled most things including having the pick of any white women desired. I imagine some whites will attempt to illegally form communities outside of their designated White Zones, particularly in the wilds of the Northwest. The White Zones will be similar to Indian reservations, but without any of the legal autonomy, completely subject to the black-run federal government. Education will be minimal. Immigration will be strictly controlled, of course, with preference given to those from Africa, plus those from South America and the Carribean with more than 40% African DNA.
