I think it's important to differentiate between something that's purely conceptual (writings ect) and something that's real (actual images of dead things ect) We have the freedom the imagine whatever we want but the subjects of photos are real so we must be careful lest we promote harm (hence why certain videos or pictures are illegal) We can indulge in the most over the top stories and if this doesn't come from or lead to any unethical action it should be fine, but the actuality of photos (for better or worse) can't be ignored (take snuff films for example, were it not for the viewership these acts would not have been carried out thus to be a willing audience is to be implicated in the act).
I think we should show the site owners some love and take it easy on them but due to the nature of the fetishes supported here and that we indulge in I think there's good cause to produce a somewhat detailed break down in rule form so we can all keep ourselves and each other safe

If you see something that involves minors report it. As for the other stuff we don't like violence just for the sake of violence, but we'll allow it if it's an important part of a good story. If there's a story where the violence might as well BE the sexual act, where it's the focus of the story, we reject it.

I've noticed the increase as well - and while *some* women might *theoretically* enjoy that content and those women are hot- it's obvious most of that kind of violent content comes from men (and sissies) trying to edge to more and more extreme stuff.
