All motives of both Blacks and whites should be to convert whites to the BNWO and accept Black superiority. First off the therapist will try feminisation and castration as whites can be useful to their black masters, failing that it’s got to be option B.
 
A, but I also think it depends on the scenario beyond what you’ve put down.

For example, has the BNWO taken over? Is it still at the stage that is now? Then feminization and castration might not be good if the man can be guided to help the cause in other ways. Say he holds a position in government. If he is feminized and castrated, then might not be able to hold the position any more. But if he is, he can be guided to sue the position to help the Cause. If he owns a business, feminization might hurt the business. But if guided properly, the business can be used to help the cause in other ways (jobs, money laundering etc).

After all, anyone who looks at BNWO porn and captions can see we're already making content like this as lay therapy: Why not have therapists who help whitebois understand what we are and what to do about it? Especially if they have exit interviews from the candidates going B that they can show to their new patients.
