If you're fine suggesting massive culling and strict population control, why not go all the way?
I'm just curious as to why you would insist on keeping a small portion of whites left, if you are doing a massive culling anyway.

Not just whites. But all non Blacks.
As far as why keep the subhuman 'races' around, for slaves. I believe that is our purpose. To be slaves to the OTR. Serve Them. That way, They're free to advance Their own interests, scientific pursuits, etc.

None, I would dare say, and it is not for a lack of effort.
That is how humans work. All historical evidence shows that you cannot keep them enslaved forever. In the end they will either be free or be dead.
