If having a vasectomy was mandatory for whitebois, there should be like a points system where if you reached a certain milestone, you could earn anesthesia. So if you behave well and serve the BNWO well you could earn enough points to get the anesthesia, and if you don't follow BNWO guidelines prior you would have to endure the pain.
