I have a problem with the word whore. It is used to denigrate people. A woman have sex freely with someone isn't a whore or prostitue unless there is some exchange, money or barter. A slut is just a bad word that's used for a woman that does what a guy would do.

I think although it can denigrate, sometimes people like to think they are bad. Although my wife did get paid several times and had several boyfriends while we were married, my wife was what some people would call a slut or whore, but the only times I ever called my wife a slut or whore was in the bed room, and it always seemed to get her more excited.
