In Australia, there’s a daily network TV evening news show called “The Project” - watched by hundreds of thousands of mainly younger viewers (people in their teens, twenties, thirties) who don’t watch other mainstream channels.
They include comedians on their panel, often with quirky weekly segments.
In this (jokey) segment, a younger gay white male shames an older conservative straight white male (small penis humiliation) AND a famous middle-aged straight white woman (about her BBC internet search history).
It’s a lovely story about two NBA rookies swapping shirts and posing for a photo at the end of their game - making sure everyone sees them smiling and happy while they proudly hold up matching tops spelling out “Black Dick”.
There’s no way that was an accident or subliminal messaging.
Isn’t it great that the NBA - the owners, the sponsors, the players - get to advertise the true and unchallenged basis of the league and the entire sport (“Black Dick”) so openly and directly to millions of followers and new recruits around the world?
