Reduces the cost of committing crimes, disproportionately benefiting black men and the black prison population. Massively increases demand for white female sex workers for men and black male sex workers for women (on top of natural attraction and the contagious nature of jungle fever, the black male prisoners will want to troll the white male guards, the white male prisoners and rebel against the white man's social order by having sex with white prostitutes, while the white female prisoners will in addition want to rebel against their fathers, generally be saturated in negrophilic culture as lower class women, be more viscerally aware as women from more diverse and violent communities of the submissive position of white men relative to black men on the streets and in prisons, they may want to troll, bond with or appease antagonistic black female prisoners by having sex with black gigolos, as well as encourage other white women to go black for sadistic and hedonistic reasons), increasing the frequency of interracial sex, the number of black babies white women have post-prison and the number of white women in the sex industry, supressing white fertility.


5. Make dance classes (of which African dance is an option) mandatory on school curriculums

White girls who enjoy African dance are more likely to mix with African people and experience African sex.


6. Ban homeschooling

Further integrates the races and inculcates political correctness to the greatest degree.


7. Free university for all

The longer whites are kept in the racially integrated liberal brainwashing centers known as schools and universities, the better (again at the white taxpayer's expense). Education also has a positive effect in supressing white fertility.


8. Legalize recreational drugs, pardon and financially compensate all men and women who have been prosecuted for non-violent drug and prostitution offenses

Disproportionately releases black men from prison (who are then free to copulate with white women), increases their economic and social status and taxes the middle/upper classes to fund it, with fewer blacks imprisoned going forward. Black men are disproportionately targeted by the incarceration system. Less Black men in prison means more free Black men who may copulate with white women. The politically enforced ideal of monogamous marriage primarily serves to encourage white couples to stay together. A much larger proportion of Black and mixed babies are born out of wedlock and things like joint tax filing deprive these children of equal opportunity. Making polygamous (polygynous) relationships more socially accepted could also help, as much indicates Black men are less inclined to settle down with one steady partner, and it would mean less women having to settle for white men out of necessity.

More accessible trans healthcare.
As more white boys embrace their inherent lack of masculinity, straight women are pushed into the arms of non-white men.

Good points, well thought out but I didn't include things like "more accessible trans healthcare" because trans healthcare is already subsidised to some degree, it has to be a policy that isn't already on the books rather than an expansion of an existing policy. Same with affirmative action: it could be expanded but we have it anyway, it's not a new policy.

Legalization of drugs could be a good idea. Fewer black men in prison as you say and a doped white population is more passive and less racially discriminatory. However, it could take the illegal drug industry away from black men (one of their primary means of subsistence) and into the hands of white capitalists. On balance it's probably worth it.

Mandatory racial equalisation of prison sentences sounds interesting. It would result in more dangerous black men out on the streets, which could make being with a black man more risky for white women on average, though they would tend to be higher testosterone black men which would result in more copulation. And it would also make white men more submissive in social interactions due to increased black aggression and an even higher proportional cost of prison for white men. Perhaps it's difficult in practice to equalize sentences though, given the different nature of different crimes and the prior records of the men convicted.

You're right about marriage. It's better to stop subsidising it than to target subsidies differently. Child benefits would still be beneficial though as they are non-discriminatory toward single mothers and help the poor disproportionately, with taxes on the middle and upper classes to fund it. Legal polygamy may be helpful, partly in further breaking down the monogamous ideal and in allowing the most desirable black men to have more white wives. But it would also allow wealthy white men to have more white wives, whereas single white women at the moment may well have sex with black men.​
 
The punishment based on income is interesting. First it promotes equity so there is some potential for it to pass. Second I think it would need to be adjusted based on the sentencing guidelines. In other words, if a crime has a range of 1-5 years then income would adjust that range. If you make 1/2 the national average income, your range is 6 mos to 2 1/2 years. Or it could be calculated on a curve so that people who make nothing still have to do a little time.

I wonder if something could be done with corporate fines. You hear about these huge judgements against corporations (that are minor compared to the money they made). Corporate greed disproportionately affect us. What could realistically change as far as how those are distributed?
