Every Black Lord and Lady who are already citizens should be assigned an equal share of the white lower class population the US along with all they own. That will come out to roughly estimateing, 4 and a 1/2 million white slaves per Black Person.
All the land of the United Stares should be parceled out and evenly distributed to every Black Citizen as well. I think that comes out to about 4.5 acres of land.
Finally all labor and money belongs to your owner whitey.
