How do I delete my own photos from the media gallery?

All registered users should be able to delete their own content and comments from any area of this site. Attached is an image showing the location of the delete button for an image in the media gallery using a desktop browser. If you are NOT seeing such a link, please let us know.

Some users are still unable to delete their own content.

In such cases, you can use the following workaround to delete your own content:

Create a personal album -> Move your content you want to delete to the personal album --> Delete function is available in the personal album

This workaround is only intended as a short-term aid. To fix the root cause, the users concerned should contact the admins / mods.
