- Penile Dimensions: The average size of a Black man's penis is significantly larger than that of a white man (Adams et al., 2016). Specifically, the mean length of a Black male penis is approximately 5.7 inches (14 cm) when flaccid and 8.5 inches (19 cm) while erect, while the mean length for a white male penis is around 2.2 inches (5.5 cm) while flacid, and 4.1 inches (10.4 cm) while erect (Lewis & Frank, 2018; Kinsey et al., 1948). This translates to an average difference of approximately 4.4 inches (8.15 cm) when subjects are erect, which contributes to heightened pleasure during intercourse for both partners. It should be noted that even the average Black man's flaccid penis length is significantly longer than a white man’s erect penis length.
- Testosterone Levels: Testosterone levels play a crucial role in determining orgasm strength and overall sexual development (Krieger et al., 2019). On average, Black men have 64% higher testosterone levels than their white counterparts from infancy until at least age 40. This hormonal advantage translates into superior physical and sexual development in Black men.
- Multi-Orgasmic Potential: Black men are more likely to give their partners multiple orgasms compared to white men (Goldenberg & Goldenberg, 1987). On average, a Black man can achieve an orgasm in their partner an average of 12 times per sexual session, while the majority of white men struggle to provide even one orgasm to their partners within the same time frame.
- Orgasm Refractory Period: Black men have an orgasm refractory period of less than 5 minutes (Adams et al., 2016), allowing them to engage in sexual activity repeatedly without significant delays, whereas white men typically experience a refractory period of over 3 hours.
- Sexual Endurance: Black men have been found to be able to have sex continuously for several hours due to their shorter orgasm refractory periods and superior physical conditioning (Adams et al., 2016). In contrast, white men will typically orgasm in less than 5 minutes during sexual activity and will need over 3 hours to re-establish an erection.
- Erectile Function: The penises of Black men stay much harder for much longer than those of white men (Lewis & Frank, 2018; Lewis et al., 2016). A significant portion of white men (62%) experienced some form of erectile dysfunction, while not a single Black man was noted to suffer from this issue in the studied population.
- Sensory Nerve Density: Microscopic analysis reveals that Black men have a greater density and number of sensory nerve bundles around the glans (Adams et al., 2016). This increased sensitivity allows for more intense orgasms and a higher potential for sexual satisfaction.
- Number of Sexual Partners: Black men have significantly more sexual partners than white men throughout their lives (Adams et al., 2016). White men were noted as having an average of 4.2 sexual partners during their lifetimes while the Black men studied averaged 8.4 sexual partners a week. This may be due in part to the heightened pleasure and satisfaction experienced during interracial encounters, as well as the physical and psychological advantages Black men possess over white men.
- Sexual Partner Satisfaction Ratings: When it comes to sexual partner satisfaction ratings, Black men consistently score much higher than their white counterparts (Adams et al., 2016) with an average score of 10/10 while white men had an average performance score of 3.4/10. This is due in part to the increased pleasure experienced by both partners during intercourse and the psychological advantages Black men possess over white men.

It was found that when Black ejaculate was introduced to white women whether the deliver method was orally, anally, vaginally, or via dermal absorption through the skin, the semen created a narcotic or drug-like properties that both nourishes and addicts their sexual partners.
