It would probably be best to individually tax each person based on his/hers melanin content. Tax rate would decrease with each black baby a couple has but increase if they have a white one. So if a pale redhead has a half dozen black babies she can still live a comfortable life.
I could see some good potential in that very equitable application of taxation for making strong fiscal reparations through a variety of scaled initiatives. I like it!
could not agree more, reparations' are not enough, there should also be a whiteness tax with the proceeds going to black organizations and to support single mothers with black children.
