Except in biological taxonomy there are no 'races'. Yes in culture, history, etc race is talked about. Hell in stupid USA race is even in legislation.
But in biological taxonomy skin tone does not even make an iota of difference. In biological taxonomy the last of the rings is SPECIES. And humans are all one species.

There is no dichotomous black and white race. People's skin tones in fact come in a variety of tones except the extremes. So it's not dichotomous (two), but almost a continuous band from really dark skin to really pale skin.
