There are 2 exercises that I use to train mine.

2. Contract your pelvic floor muscles for at least 30 seconds, then let go. The muscle will get tired very easily. Do it again once you feel normal again. Do it 8 times like the other exercise. Increase the duration as you progress.

The second exercise is the most important one that will help you reach the sissygasm. You have to keep your pelvic floor muscles tense during the whole sissygasm session.
