This text is inspired by the SCP project. On the SCP wiki, a fictional organization keeps a collection of documents describing anomalies and how to contain them.
On a parallel world to our own, their SCP organization has encountered dark-skinned humans, something that doesn't exist there, so they classify them as an anomaly. This text heavily plays into the BNWO and has some erotic elements, which is why I think, it fits better here than on any of the SCP related sites.
Instances eat regular human food in a normal amount. Feeding must occur automated without direct contact with SCP-███ instances. The same applies to other provided goods like soap and clothing.
Video surveillance of the cell is to be done in one frame per second and personnel watching these videos must rotate daily and are not to be returned to their position within a month. Personnel guarding the exit of the cell are to be selected to have a "dominant" personality type and are to be instructed that inside the cell are regular human beings who are criminals as to not spike their curiosity. This personnel is to be rotated monthly.
Female instances of SCP-███ are to be implanted with permanent birth control to stop pregnancies. These can be removed with O5 permission, when the number of instances are too low or for testing purposes.
People who read this document are to be barred from interacting with SCP-███ in any way for one month.
SCP-███ belongs to a subspecies (race) of humans that does not exist on our planet. Their skin color has been shown to be more resilient to sunlight and they claim, that their ancestors accordingly lived around the equator on the continent of Africa. Their genetic makeup is the same, except for a few genes, that seem to cause these variations in phenotype.
We have no records of a subspecies like this ever existing on our planet. While the predecessors of homo sapiens sapiens had darker skin colors, our version of humans lost this skin color around 60,000 years ago, and never developed a distinct race with a darker skin color that lived next a race with the currently seen light pink one.
The first and oldest generation of SCP-███ instances state, that they lived on an earth that looks the same geographically but with population centers in different places and a different history. In their history race relations were a major part in many wars that never happened here. Somehow the timelines of our world met at least linguistically because they speak a similar English with an unknown dialect, and some places and objects ended up seemingly by chance with the same name. Some of the first generation are even fluent in French and Spanish as a second language that is similar to our versions of these languages. But, they also know some words from "African languages" that are unknown on our version of Africa.
The oldest generation of SCP-███ say, they were used as D-Class personnel of their version of SCP in an experiment with "a gun that disappears things" and were supposedly transported by it into this world.
These explanations were classified as unreliable. SCP has currently no way to confirm or deny these claims. Further research is needed.
Instances of SCP-███ are open to sexual contact with our humans but have shown to take on only "dominant" roles. Female instances of SCP-███ are, for example, only open to be penetrated by other SCP-███ instances, as they see that as an act of domination that they don't accept from our humans.
As a secondary effect, males from our earth will feminize under long exposure of SCP-███, and females will desire pregnancy from them, disregarding any males from this planet.
Single contact, videos, photos and voice recordings and texts about SCP-███ are all subject to that memetic effect (in order of decreasing strength).
Contact with SCP personnel leads them to disregard security protocols, and has caused multiple security breaches, until we settled on the current containment procedures. Multiple instances of SCP-███ currently in containment are children of former personnel who fell to the allure of SCP-███.

It is currently unclear, if the ancestry of SCP-███ could be "diluted" enough to remove the anomalous effect, and if the anomalous effect is proportional to the physical properties of the instance.
After administering a truth serum, she told personnel about a dark-skinned man, she had met, when her car broke down in the middle of ██████ near a farm house in the middle of fields between ████ and ████. They started dating soon and she cheated on her husband with him. She finally divorced and stopped taking birth control while having sex with the instance of SCP-███. That resulted in the child.
In what is now believed to be part of the memetic effect of SCP-███ coming from the baby present, staff allowed the mother to be with her child and only put her in a light confinement cell. Personnel described the baby as "cute" and were protective of it and its mother. They disregarded protocol about amnestics with the mother, but still continued the investigation.
Strike team 1618 "Snowbunnies" were sent out to the location, the mother provided.
In the yard of the farm house, the Strike team encountered light-skinned people from our world, who were engaged in typical farm work, repairing on tractors and providing animals with food, but no instances SCP-███. The workers already outnumbered the strike team, so they tried a non-confrontational approach.

Questioning revealed that Luke ████ had probably suppressed their gender expression before and exposure to SCP-███ just made them accept it, as it pressured them to explore their feminine side. SCP-███ probably did not induce an actual change in gender expression.
SCP enacted a perimeter around the farm and extracted 27 instances of SCP-███: 6 adults between 40 and 60, the first generation; 11 adults between the ages 20 and 30, a second generation; and 10 children in the age of 0 to 18. Three instances of SCP-███ and four of the women from our planet were pregnant. All were expecting instances of SCP-███.
The farm could only be stormed with the use of chloroform gas incapacitating all SCP-███ instances and only against the force of the other inhabitants of the farm, who tried to protect SCP-███ at all costs.
In subsequent questioning, the co-pilot admitted, that he was curious about the skin color of SCP-███, so he opened the lookout to the cargo area of the helicopter. The SCP-███ instances were already awake and talked him into abandoning his mission. He then convinced the pilot to switch places, so she could relax, redirected the helicopter and let SCP-███ communicate with the pilot. This led to her abandoning the mission as well. Both then tried to hide the SCP-███ instances, provided for them, and had sexual intercourse with them.
It took SCP command 43 days to realize that the two instances, the pilot, the co-pilot, and the helicopter were missing from the extraction. In the following investigation, multiple staff members testified, that they had come into contact with evidence that suggested the containment breach, but were apparently affected by allure of SCP-███ and did not disclose that fact. They were either downplaying the discrepancy in documentation they had found, were feeling protective of the missing instances, or even were aroused by the thought of the missing personnel interbreeding with the SCP-███ instances.
Over the following 11 months, the whole jail department of Site 5 developed a close relationship with SCP-███, which was only discovered when regularly scheduled yearly rotation of staff brought in multiple new overseers, security and researchers at once.
At that time, SCP-███'s cell was no longer in use. The instances lived in the warden's cabin in the jail, ordering staff and D-class personnel around. Staff was actively covering up the containment breach to SCP command, by providing D-Class personnel, and taking in prisoners of Site 5, operating to the outside as normal. Virtually every member of the jail department that was in a relationship when SCP-███ entered the jail, was now either divorced, cheating on their partner, or actively cuckolding them, bringing contaminated material like photos and videos of SCP-███ to their partners outside of SCP to tease them.
██ new children were already born when the containment breach was called, with ██ women (SCP-███ instances, as well as staff and D-class personnel) pregnant in various stages.
The whole department was flooded with chloroform, all SCP-███ instances and pregnant women extracted, and new containment procedures were written.

The memetic effect of SCP-███ was severely underrated from the beginning, so it immediately lead to a containment breach.Breach 1
Transport helicopter ALPHA carrying two SCP-███ instances from the discovery point to Site 5 didn't return to site but broke contact and changed course. The helicopter was later found abandoned and the SCP personnel were found using their implanted GPS in a village close by. The male co-pilot used his personal funds to buy a small house there and was out shopping for groceries when a strike team 1776 "BWC" found and collected them. The female pilot was at this point already pregnant from the male SCP-███ instance.
