That is the newspaper headline that announces the highly anticipated exposition for the White Male Work Program. The work program has been implemented by the Black New World Order. The purpose is for the collection of the offender’s fines, which are sold to the highest bidder. The offender then works off the fines by providing labor to the bidder until the fines are paid off.
Origin:
The origin for the development of the exposition stems from the Department of Reparations debating effective solutions for the White male’s aggressive and disrespectful behavior towards Black citizens and towards the Black New World Order.
Violators, known as offenders, were tracked down, caught and jailed. Due to overcrowding in the jails, they were fined and released.
The fines worked as a deterrent for a while. Yes, there were still civil protests and demonstrations against the Department of Reparations. But things sort of settled down for several years as everyone accepted that society had transformed into one being MUCH more inclusive of Blacks in all leadership rolls.
All that passive acceptance turned by 180 degrees, with the establishment of the White population control restrictions that were enacted by the Department of Reparations.
White FEMALES are strongly encouraged through financial incentives to begin their ****** after their completion of high school. The incentives are on an inverted pyramid scale. Pure blood White babies are at the bottom or the smallest end of the scale. Interracial babies have a higher incentive, middle of the scale. And not surprisingly, incentives for mixed Black and White babies are largest part of the scale for the highest incentives.
White MALES are NOT encouraged with any financial incentives to breed. White males are evaluated all though their educational years. Candidates for vasectomy are based upon numerous defining qualifications. (In actuality, those showing NON-acceptance of the Black New World Order are the MOST likely to get snipped.) Candidate selections for vasectomy are announced six weeks prior to their high school graduation ceremony. Appropriate and free medical treatment happens at their schools.
Violence fueled demonstrations protesting the White population restrictions quickly escalated. There were a great many demonstrations. There was a radicalized movement that included violence and terrorism and threated to overturn the progress that had been made for non-White citizens.
Rather than trying to jail the numerous radical White male offenders, it was decided that it was best to use a hierarchy of fines to punish those convicted. The fines were intentionally steep in order to be a deterrent. But since the fines are so steep, and frequent, they almost always went unpaid.
Seeking the development of a practical solution to collect the fines, the Reparations department implemented the White Male Work Program. Repeat offenders with large unpaid fines are now funneled into the work program.
The work program can be best likened to the Indentured Servants of 200 years ago. Indenture means work without pay, until what you owe is worked off. Like Indentured Servants of the past, the work program allows for the fines to be re-sold, loaned, or inherited, until the fines are paid off. The offenders reside where they are instructed.
This becomes a double bonus for the government. First, with fewer violators jailed that means lower operating costs for the government’s incarceration facilities. And second, the Department of Reparations is showing a strong profit for the government out of selling the offender’s labor to recoup their fines.
Auction Dynamics:
One important note about the auction, only Black men are allowed to place bids. Once they secure an offender’s fines, they become Overlords. That Overlord is to be addressed as ‘Sir’ by the offender.
Prior to the auction, the male offenders have a radio-controlled electronic cock ring placed around their cock and balls. The cock ring is tightly welded on and cannot be removed by bare hand. Two wires coming out of the cock ring are inserted into the ball sack and then right through piercing each testicle. Darrell is a small-town guy at heart. Just a regular guy attempting to make something out of the dilapidated mess that has been left to him as inheritance. He works a lot of long and hard hours, with little time for socializing or the finer joys of life.
The nearest neighbor is Roscoe, who was a good friend of Darrell’s late father. Roscoe has advised Darrell to get some affordable labor assistance, and he should act on that right now, since there is a Black Reparations Expo in the local arena.
Initially, Darrell resisted the idea. Somehow the idea of owning another guy’s debt didn’t set well. However, there was not much profit coming from the ranch, certainly not enough to pay out wages to a new ranch hand. Therefore, an offender as a work laborer might not be a bad idea, but still, there are concerns about the whole thing.
The notion that finally won Darrell over to attend the expo, is that he is not buying a human being, but rather just the offender’s debt and therefore his labor. His labor is used to pay his fine, which is his penalty for his poor decisions. The White male offender is in this work program situation due to his own bad behavior.
For Darrell, buying an offender’s fines would mean securing a loan from the Black Reparations Funding Bank. The loan appears to be worth the risk, since it enables him to have a better shot at making a profit at the ranch. He decides to secure a loan, just in case he does find a suitable offender at the Expo. It seems like it might be his opportunity for success with his ranch. He needs more labor.
Roscoe and Darrell climb into Roscoe’s truck. They are on their way to the Reparations Expo. Darrell is excited and nervous and can’t wait to get there. Maybe this could work and save his ******’s ranch.
"Thanks, Roscoe. I appreciate this.” Roscoe is a good neighbor and now his friend as well. He is always quick to offer advice, or to lend him a hand. The favors might need to be returned one day, but that was in the future. He needs the assistance now and is grateful for it. Roscoe’s motivation is simply, he wants his neighbor’s ****** ranch to stay Black 0wned. Enough said.
"There's the catalogue of offenders next to the seat there Darrell. Have a look at the men and check off a few potentials for your ranch hand,” said Roscoe.
Darrell begins to flick through the pages. Each page shows a full-page color photograph of the offenders fully naked, front and back. There is a physical description, height and weight. There is a summary of their criminal record and the total of their current fines. The fines are the most important factor in determining where the initial bidding will start. When the offender is released from his obligation to the Overlord, there must not be any residual outstanding fines.
While sitting in the truck and flipping through the catalogue, Darrell notices that Roscoe has made a few notes in the margins of good choices. Roscoe has done all of this before, so he knows the expo drill. The men that Roscoe has picked out are in prime physical condition.
"So, is this what I should be looking for?" Darrell asks, pointing at Roscoe’s picks.
"Well,", said Roscoe "I think that a rancher with your need for hands, should go for a reasonably young one. Good solid type, capable of plenty of hard work and heavy lifting. Make sure he's healthy. Doesn't matter if he's not too bright, you can do the thinking for him. And you should also get one with as long a sentence as you can. It takes so long to re-educate the White males. You might as well get full value out of them. You might also want to look for two or three of them that will work well together. If your loan will allow it.”
"But if I get one that is a long timer, what happens if they don’t pan out? Not a good hand at ranching or just more trouble than they are worth? Aren’t I stuck?”
"No. You can get rid. Same deal if he is a short timer. Trade him on the secondhand market. Of course, you won’t get all that much for him there since they assume he is a problem, but it's better than nothing.
