I have a more serious conversation that I would like to discuss with my dear friends on this site. The question is really directed at @JoJo since I think she knows the players and might have the most insight. But all are welcome to comment.
Clearly interracial porn has had a huge impact over the last several years to promote the social acceptance of couplings of black men and white women. However I’m bothered by a couple of issues. First it seems that interracial porn actresses (really all porn actresses) don’t last more than a few years, at most, in this industry. Secondly, my understanding is that most of these women are not nearly as well compensated as they should be. The production conpanies and the distribution system make out like bandits, while the women receive minimal compensation.
My question is, WHAT can us white males do to ensure that white women who get involved in interracial porn are able to make a real career of it that might last decades, not months? Ironically, equivalent male talent can last in the industry for a decade or longer. These porn starlings should be compensated properly for their work such that...
(1) They aren’t forced to leave the industry, but have career and GOOD options.
(2) They are motivated to continue with IR / girl-on-girl.
(3) They don’t have to settle to perform scenes with non-black men.
Obviously, the more these issues are resolved, specifically and exclussively for IR, the quicker the ubiquitous adoption of IR in society AND the less criticism there is to levy against the IR porn industry. The porn industry has a common perception that it is abusive. IR porn could change that perception and be perceived as a force for good. Think of the impact that this could have on society, when the IR porn industry is receiving humanitarian awards much like other benevalent organizations. All white woman will feel obligated to give themselves over to black men for the good of society - much like going on a beach cleanup, bringing reusable shopping bags to the grocery store or driving an electric vehicle to save the environment. Women (in general) are far more passionate about good causes. And this is the way to large scale adoptionof IR exclusivity in our society.

It's not fair and doesn't make any sense - that's why so many retreat into self production.
